Federal and state laws require us to report the following information of contributing individuals. R.E.D PAC is subject to federal taxes and penalties if it fails to disclose this information. By choosing to contribute via check or money order, you agree to:

provide your occupation and employer (or to indicate if you are self-employed) and send this information along with your check.

Contributions or gifts to the R.E.D. PAC are not tax deductible. Contributions may be used for activities of the R.E.D. PAC at R.E.D's sole discretion. The R.E.D. PAC does not accept earmarked contributions.

Contributions from foreign nationals are not solicited or permitted.
